Q: What is your policy on privacy and security?
A: Our website sits on a secure server and contains security software that
fully encrypts your credit information making it impossible for this information
to be used in any way other than paying for your order. We also never store
your purchasing history or credit information online or share this privileged
information with any company.

Q: Do you offer a sale catalog?
A: No we do not. Please watch the web for monthly specials.
Q: How may I receive one of your catalogs?
A: You can call us at 1-800-625-1400 for us to send out our latest catalog or e-mail us at gbtgifts@boystown.org and we can email you a PDF of the catalog. All items on the website are not in the catalogs.
Orders
Q: How do I find a product that I'm looking for?
A: If you know the item number of the product you wish to purchase,
you may use the Quick Order field on the right side of the page.
If you want a more advanced search you may use the text field on the left side of the page.
You can search by keyword, item code or price.
Q: I want to check out but I've forgotten my password, what should
I do?
A: If you have forgotten your password click here.
Q: I want to check out but I've forgotten which e-mail address I used,
what should I do?
A: If you have forgotten your email address you will need to call customer
service.
Q: May I place an order by phone after customer service is closed?
A: You may place a phone order 24 hours a day, every day of the year by calling
the call center at 1-888-556-5121.
Q: If an item I have ordered is on backorder when will I be charged
for the item?
A: Backordered items are charged only when the item is shipped to you. In the
case of multiple items being selected and only one being on backorder, you
will be charged only once when the backordered item is shipped. Multiple shipping
charges will not occur.
Q: If I decide I don't want to wait for my backordered item how do
I cancel it?
A: If you would like to cancel your request for a backordered item
or any order you have placed that hasn't been shipped, please contact customer
service at 1-800-625-1400. Online cancellation of an order is unavailable at
this time.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: You can check the status of an order online by going to the section titled My
Account. You can also check the status of an order by calling us at
1-800-625-1400.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to all 50 states as well as internationally. An additional $5.00
will be added to all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. All international
orders must be placed by phone in order to calculate the correct shipping
charges.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Most items are shipped via UPS or USPS First Class.
Q: My package arrived, but it was broken. What do I do?
A: We try to pack all items so that they will not break, but occasionally this
does happen. If an item is broken in shipping, please keep all packaging
material and call us at 1-800-625-1400 and we will give you instructions
how to handle it.
Q: Can I redeem gift certificates online?
A: Not at this time. Gift certificates can only be redeemed by placing an order
by phone. If you would like to redeem a gift certificate call 1-800-625-1400.
Exchanging an Item
Q: What is your guarantee policy?
A: All of our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with one of our products you may return it for a refund
or exchange it for a different size.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: All merchandise can be returned at any time, for any reason, as long as
it is in like new condition. Special orders or items that have been modified
or worn cannot be returned. Original shipping and handling is not refundable.

Q: Can I make an exchange online?
A: We're sorry; we are not able to process exchanges online at this time.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my exchange?
A: Exchanges are usually processed and delivered between two to four weeks.
Q: Can I order a new size and return the original item later for credit?
A: Yes, but we'll need to charge your credit card for the second item. Once
we receive your return, we'll credit your charge card back for the cost of
the original item, minus the shipping. Please contact
us to arrange this.
Shipping Information
Once you place your order, we go to work. Most in-stock items are shipped the
next business day and will arrive within 7-10 business days without extra express
charges. Our normal delivery charges are the following when delivered within
the continental United States. (When you order online, these charges will be
added automatically and will depend on which type of delivery you select.)
Most regular shipments arrive in three to seven business days. RUSH orders will
be shipped the same day if they are received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday
- Friday.

International Orders
For international orders, our regular standard shipping rates do not apply.
Please call us at 1-800-625-1400 to have your order handled individually. International
orders placed on the website will be placed on hold for review by our customer
service department. A shipping quote will be provided within 3 business days.
Please call 1-800-625-1400 for express shipping availability
for some of our larger items and to find-out more information on express delivery
charges.
Express deliveries will ship on the day you placed the order if the items
you have selected are in stock and the order is placed before 12:00pm
CST Monday to Friday. Any express order placed after 12:00pm CST or on the
weekend will be shipped out on the next business day.
One day, two day, and three day expresses are not available to customers
with P.O. Box shipping addresses. However, these customers can take advantage
of our Priority Mail Express or provide a valid UPS shipping address to receive
UPS express delivery.
Canadian orders are not eligible for any type of express delivery. Please
call for shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. 1-800-625-1400.
If you are sending gifts to more than one shipping address, you will be charged
shipping charges per each address.
Sales Tax
All Nebraska orders will have 5.5% sales tax added. All South Dakota orders
will have 4.0% tax added to their order.
